- Project & property data: details you provide for quotations, floor plans, photos/videos you share, EICR reports and test results.
- Communications: messages and notes relating to enquiries, bookings, and aftercare.

How we collect it
- Directly from you (forms, email, phone, site visits).
- From contractors/agents you authorise to share information with us.

- To provide quotes and perform our contract with you (survey, schedule, deliver works, issue certificates, invoice).

- Job records & certification: typically 6 years (to cover legal/guarantee queries).
- Invoices/financial records: 6 years (statutory requirement).
